| 摘 要： | 目的：评价西宁地区后牙残根、残冠采用桩核冠修复的临床效果。方法：选择50例西宁地区后牙残根残冠行完善的根管治疗后用硅橡胶印模材制取根管印模,间接法制作整体铸造和插销式分体铸造核桩,并进行金属烤瓷冠或金属冠修复。结果：经3年临床观察,成功48例（97%）,失败2例,1例为6桩核折断,1例为4桩核冠脱落。结论：整体铸造和插销式分体铸造桩核冠,修复后牙残根残冠均可取得良好的临床效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To estimate the clinical effects of the spoils root and remaining crown renovated a crown in Xining area.Methods Choosing 50 cases in Xining area,theirs spoiling roots were curing by root canal and use silastic moulage to make the root canal moulage,and indirect way make a complete and a latch dyadic mould crowns,and than metal crown or renovation of metal tube carry out.Results During the follow-up 3 years,48 successful cases reach to 97%,fails in two examples,one example breaks for 16 and other example comes off crown in 24.Conclusion A complete and a latch dyadic mould crowns may get fine clinical effects after renovating spoils root and remaining crown. |
