摘    要:目的:探讨在鼻内镜手术中全智能化机器人的应用。方法:用BrainLab手术导航系统一VECTORVISION^2全智能化机器人进行鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉。结果:手术过程顺利,无术中、术后并发症。结论:影像导航手术定位准确、侵袭性小、并发症少,与内窥镜配合,可以纠正软组织移位引起的偏差,确认耳鼻喉及与之相连接的高危解剖区域的标志,提高了手术的安全性、精确性。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the related issues of image guidance system in endoscopic sinus surgery.Method:There was one case of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps.The operation was carried out with endosocope under the guidance of computer-aided land mark guide system.Result:Operation was successfully finished without complication intraoperatively or postoperatively.Conclusion: The advantages of image guidance system include precise localization,minimal invasion and few complication. Endoscopic sinus surgery,combined with the image guidance system can avoid the intraoperative tissue shift.Image guidance system is useful for doctors to precisely recognize the mark of high dangerous area in nose,ear and surroundings,and helpful to improve both the accusation and safety.
