| 摘 要： | 本课题以现行中医药人才院校教育、毕业后教育和继续教育的培养模式为研究对象;通过文献调研、问卷调查、座谈调查、专家咨询和数理统计、分析归纳等研究方法;对现行中医药人才培养的主要模式进行了全面地分析总结,并作出科学评价和论述,同时也对其中存在的问题提出了解决对策和建设性意见。 |

Study on the Current Model for Cultivation of Talented Person of TCM |

| Abstract: | The topic used the cultural model of college education, graduated education and continuing education as study objects, through searching for literatures, investigating with questionnaire and informal discussion, consulting to experts, mathematical statistics, analysis and review, and so on ; the paper made a roundly analysis and summarization, scientific evaluation and explanation, gave some strategies and constructive advices aimed at current problems too. |
