沙眼衣原体感染与盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的关系探讨

目的:探讨沙眼衣原体(CT)感染与盆腔炎性疾病(PID)后遗症的关系。方法:选择167例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者(观察组)的宫颈管分泌物,用抗原及抗体检测试验检测CT,并选择56例早孕人流妇女作为对照组。结果:输卵管性不孕(TFI)、输卵管妊娠、慢性盆腔痛及PID反复发作的宫颈CT感染阳性率与对照组比较,有显著性差异。结论:CT感染可能是导致PID的主要原因之一,其远期后遗症如TFI、异位妊娠、慢性盆腔痛及PID的反复发作与PID发作的次数明显相关,故减少复发对降低PID的后遗症至关重要。

Relationship between infection with CT and sequela of PID

Objective:To discuss the relation between infection with CT and sequela of PID.Methods:Cervical secretion of CT 167 patients with sequela of PID were tested by antigen and antibody experiment to prove CT,simultaneously,as controlled group samples from 56 early pregnancy and induced abortion women.Results:A significant difference was observed between the group with CT in cervical and the controlled group in TFI,fallopian tube fertility and chronic pelvic pain.Conclusion:The infection with CT is one of the important causes of PID,there is significant relationship between the incidence of PID outbreaking and its further sequela,such as TFI,ectopic pregnancy,chronic pelvic pain and repeated outbreaking PID. To reduce the incidence PID outbreaking is important to reduce the sequela of PID.
