膀胱内可见的下段输尿管癌诊治分析

目的:提高突向膀胱内的下段输尿管癌的诊断与治疗水平。方法:回顾性分析11例膀胱内可见的原发性下段输尿管癌患者的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法。男7例,女4例;年龄31～72岁;右侧5例,左侧6例。手术方式是患侧输尿管下段及膀胱袖状切除加输尿管-膀胱吻合术。结果:11例均获得随访,随访时间2～5年。5例随访2年无瘤存活;3例随访5年无瘤存活;1例2年内发生膀胱癌;1例2年后并发膀胱癌;1例不明原因血尿。结论:输尿管下段及膀胱袖状切除加输尿管-膀胱吻合术是治疗膀胱内可见的输尿管癌的有效方法。

Diagnosis and treatment of visible primary ureteral cancer in bladder

Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment effect of visible primary ureteral cancer in bladder.Methods:The data from 11 cases with visible ureteral cancer in bladder were retrospectively investi- gated by the clinical manifestation,history of diagnosis and treatment. Of the 11 cases,7 of them were male patients and 4 were females,and the age ranged from 31 to 72 years with mean age of 57.Five of the cases the caner were seen in primary site of the right side and 6,left side.All patients underwent operation of lower partial ureterectomy and bladder cuff resection and ureterocystoneostomy.Results:All cases were followed up for 2 to 5 years.5 of them survived with free tumor af- ter 2-year follow-up and 3 with free tumor after 5 years.1 case devel- oped cancer in bladder in 2 years and 1 after 2 years,and 1 case present- ed with microscopic hematuria with unknown cause.Conclusion:Surgi- cal intervention of lower partial ureterectomy and bladder cuff resection and ureterocystoneostomy is a safe and effective method in the treatment of ureteral neoplasms projecting over ureteral orifice.
