| 摘 要： | 检测原发性肝癌患者外周静脉血中游离肿瘤细胞表达的ＣＤ４４ｖ ｍＲＮＡ，探讨其能否反映肿瘤的侵转移能。应用敏感的ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ方法，通过合理的ＰＣＲ引物的设计，检测了１５例原发性肝癌患者术晨的外周静脉血中ＣＤ４４ｖｍＲＮＡ。从６例患者外周静脉血中选择性地检测出游离肿瘤细胞表达的ＣＤ４４ｖ ｍＲＮＡ。外周静脉血中游离肿瘤细胞表达的ＣＤ４４ｖ ｍＲＮＡ可能从一个侧面反映了肿瘤的侵袭转移潜能，此法有可能作为 |

| Abstract: | Objective :To detect the metastasis-associated splice variants of CD44(CD44v) of the tumor cells in blood of patients with primary liver carcinoma(PLC). Methods: With sensative RT-PCR and rational design of PCR primers, we detected the expression of CD44v mRNA in blood of 15 patients with PLC. Results: The expressions of CD44v mRNA were detected in blood of 6/15 patients. Conclusion: The expression of CD44v mRNA of tumor cells in blood of patients with PLC may indicate the metastatic potential of tumor. To detect the expression of CD44v mRNA in blood of patients with malignant tumor may be a useful method for diagnosis and detection of recurrence of tumor. |
