二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察

目的观察口服二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法 69例2型糖尿病患者口服二甲双胍片500mg/次,2次/d。治疗3个月之后,观察患者空腹血糖（FBG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、餐后2h血糖（2hBG）、餐后2h胰岛素（2hINS）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）、血脂、体重指数（BMI）等临床指标的变化情况。结果二甲双胍显著降低血糖、胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白水平及TC、TG、LDL-C和体重指数,显著升高高密度脂蛋白量（HDL-C）（p〈0.01）。结论二甲双胍是较好的2型糖尿病治疗药物。

Efficacy of Metformin in Treatment of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To assess the efficacy of metformin in treating type 2 diabetes.Methods Metformin tablets（500mg, b.i.d）were given to 69 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Fasting plasma glucose（FBG）,fasting serum insulin （FINS）,2h postprandial plasma glucose（2hBG）,2h postprandial serum insulin（2hINS）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbAlc）, serum lipids and body mass index（BMI）were monitored.The patients were studied for 3 months.Results After 3 months′treatment,FBG,FINS,2hBG,2hINS,HbAlc,TC,TG,LDL-C and BMI value were significantly lower than before treatment.HDL-C value was significantly higher than before treatment（p0.01）.Conclusion Metformin is an effective agent for treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
