益母草醇提取物对大鼠肾毒性损伤作用研究

目的观察长期、大量给予益母草醇提取物致大鼠肾毒性损伤的作用和程度。方法按90天毒性实验法，除观察一般状况外，监测大鼠尿常规、尿微量蛋白及肾毒性相关指标，并进行肾组织病理学检查。结果益母草醇提取物可导致血中尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）含量增高，肾脏重量和肾／体比值增大，病理组织学检查可见不同程度的肾小管损伤，上述变化随剂量的增加而逐渐加重。结论益母草醇提取物长期给药后可导致大鼠明显的肾毒性损伤。

The Research of Nephrotoxicity Injury on Rats Caused by Alcohol Extracts of Herba Leonuri

Objective To observe the effect and degree of the nephrotoxicity injury on rats after taking a large dose of alcohol extracts of herba leonuri for a long time. Methods According to 90-day toxicity by experimental methods, besides the observation of the general situation, to detect the urine routine, urinary microprotein and nephrotoxicity related index, and to carry out the histopathologic examination of nephridial tissue. Results The alcohol extracts of herba leonuri can induce the content of BUN and Cr in blood increasing, kidney weight and the ratio of kidney to body increasing and the histopathologic examination showed different degrees of renal tubular injury; the above mentioned change gradually aggravates with dose increasing. Conclusion The long-term administration of alcohol extracts of herba leonuri to rats can induce obvious nephrotoxicity injury.
