细胞穿膜肽在抗肿瘤靶向治疗中的研究进展

随着生物技术的发展,生物大分子在疾病治疗中的作用愈加重要,如蛋白质、寡核苷酸、多肽等.但是由于细胞膜的天然屏障作用,这些生物大分子的实际应用受到限制.细胞穿膜肽(cell-penetrating peptides,CPPs)是一类具有较强细胞膜穿透能力的小分子短肽,可携带多种大分子物质进入细胞.本文综述了作为纳米载体的CPPs的分类及跨膜机制,以及近年其在抗肿瘤靶向治疗中的研究进展.

Research progress of cell-penetrating peptides in tumor-targeted therapy

Recent advances in biotechnology give much importance to the various therapeutic biomacmmolecules in the therapy of diseases,such as proteins,oligonucleotides,peptides.But their effects are limited in practical application because of cell membrane barrier.Cell-penetrating peptides(CPPs) are promising short oligopeptides with a remarkable capacity for membrane translocation that are able to ferry much larger molecules into cells.Here,We will give an extensive review on the classification and mechanism of CPPs as a nano-carrier,with particular focus on their recent proceedings of targeted cancer therapy.
