| 摘 要： | 目的评价联合检测高尔基体糖蛋白-73(GP73)与甲胎蛋白(AFP)对原发性肝癌的诊断意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)定量检测50例原发性肝癌和50例健康对照者血清GP73与AFP的表达,分别分析比较不同临床病理指标及其联合检测的意义。结果原发性肝癌组中GP73与AFP均明显高于对照组GP73:309.56±192.33)ng/ml﹠(22.11±8.52)ng/ml;AFP:(400.31±214.49)μg/L﹠(4.55±6.87)μg/L],差异均有统计学意义(t分别=10.58、13.04,P<0.05)。GP73与AFP的联合检测敏感度最高达到85.20%,其特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为92.30%、91.70%、86.20%。原发性肝癌患者中GP73表达与血清AFP水平、肿瘤直径、TNM分期无关(t分别=0.25、0.25、0.22,P均>0.05),与肝硬化相关(t=1.72,P<0.05)。结论 GP73高表达于PHC,可成为PHC较好的诊断标志物。联合AFP检测有助于PHC的诊断。
