天津市家庭过期药品处置现状及解决对策

[目的] 了解家庭过期药品处置现状, 发现问题, 提出解决对策。[方法] 采用判断抽样法, 自制问卷对天津市1 350户居民进行入户调查。[结果] 90.7%的家庭会常备药品;3%的家庭从不注意储备药过期问题;83.4%的家庭将过期药品直接扔掉;7.1%的家庭将过期药品卖给二手药贩, 家庭过期药品处置形势严峻。[结论] 强化对医院与药店的管理、严格执行相关法律、法规、建立合理的补偿机制以及借鉴发达国家药品回收和监管的经验是解决家庭过期药品危害的有效手段。

Status of the disposition of the family expired drugs and corresponding solutions Take Tianjin city as an example

[Objective] To understand the current situation of family expired drug treatment in China, find out problems and put forward corresponding solutions.[Methods] By using random sampling, we had conducted a household survey of 1 350 households with self-made questionnaires in Tianjin. [Results] 90.7% of the families stock drugs; 3% of the families never pay attention to the expiration problems of reserve medicine; 83.4% of the homes throw the expired drugs directly away; 7.1% of the homes sell the expired drugs to second-hand drug-dealers. The disposition of family expired drug was in grim situation in China. [Conclusion] There are effective ways to solve the problem of improper disposition of expired medicine by strengthening hospital and pharmacy management, implementing strictly the related laws and regulations, establishing a reasonable compensation mechanism and introducing drug recovery and relevant regulatory experience from developed countries.
