| 摘 要： | 随着城市卫生服务体系改革和社区卫生服务的大力发展，全国许多城市相继建立起功能合理，具有地方特色的卫生服务网络，并提出了全科／家庭医疗模式，本研究对上海市１２５个社区卫生服务站卫技人员的现状进行分析。结果表明现有社区卫生服务站的卫技人员学历层次低，职称不高，全科医疗知识培训不够，结合目前社区的实际情况。本文对医院内涵建设和全科医生培养进行了探讨。 |
