Diagnosis and treatment of trauma-induced coagulopathy

Coagulopathy induced by trauma was associated with excessive bleeding and increased mortality. It was helpful to early identify trauma-induced coagulopathy by taking into account the patient ’ s history, clinical characteristics and laboratory results.Multiple strategies including effective haemostasis,damage control principles, reversing hypothermia and acidosis,supplement of blood products may help for the prevention and prognosis of severe trauma-induced coagulopathy.
