穴位贴敷联合药物治疗慢传输型便秘22例临床观察

目的:寻找提高慢传输型便秘临床疗效的较佳疗法。方法:将42例慢传输型便秘患者随机分为观察组(22例)和对照组(20例)。对照组以高纤维素饮食、促胃肠动力药等治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上加用穴位贴敷治疗,穴取神阙、天枢、气海、关元,将穴贴分别贴敷在相应穴位上,每24h更换1次,7天为一疗程。结果:观察组治疗有效率90.9%;对照组治疗有效率80%,有效率比较的差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组首次排便时间比较,观察组(15.1±2.8)h,对照组(20.1±7.3)h,组间比较差异(P0.05)。观察组的住院时间及住院费用分别为(8.9±0.5)天、(4400±550)元,明显低于对照组的(11.8±1.7)天、(6900±730)元,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷结合西医常规方案治疗慢传输型便秘疗效肯定,费用低,是治疗该病的较佳疗法。

Clinical observation of slow transit constipation treated with acupoint application combined with medicine in 22 cases

Objective To explore a better therapeutic method for slow transit constipation.Methods Forty -two cases of slow transit constipation were randomly divided into an observation group （22cases）and a control group （20cases）.In the control group, routine treatment of western medicine included high -fiber diet,prokinetic agents,while acupoint application was added in the obser-vation group.Shenque,Tianshu,Qihai,Guanyuan were selected as the main acupoints.The magnetic plaster was applied to the acupoints mentioned and changed once per day.Seven days made one session.Results The the effective rate of observation group was 90.9%;the effective rate of control group was 80%,there were significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）.The first time of defecation,cure group is 15.1 ±2.8 （h）,control group is 20.1 ±7.3 （h）,all P 〈0.05.The hospital stays and expenses in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （8.9 ±0.5）days vs （11.8 ±1.7）days, （4.4 ± 0.55）thousand RMB vs （6.9 ±0.73） thousand RMB,both P〈0.05.Conclusion Acupoint application combined with routine treatment of western medicine is effective and can be considered as a better therapy for Slow transit constipation.
