脑卒中患者留置胃管意外拔管的原因分析及对策

总结分析42例脑卒中患者留置胃管意外拔管的原因，提出针对性的防范措施，夜间、中午上班人员少时是患者发生意外拔管的高危时段，患者烦躁不适而未实行有效肢体约束是拔管的高危因素，胃管缺乏有效固定，护患缺乏有效沟通是患者意外拔管的因素。对留置胃管患者，综合评估应贯穿他们患病的全过程，了解患者心理活动，实施有效肢体约束，加强患者陪护的培训与管理，改进胃管固定方法，加强沟通巡视，是防止胃管意外拨管的有效措施。

The cause analysis and measures of happening accidental extubation to stroke patients with gastric intubation

To summarize and analyze the causes of happening accidental extubation to 42 stroke patients with indwelling stomach tube,and put forward corresponding preventive measures. Accidental extubation would high-risk happen when less people was working in the night and noon, patients in dysphoria without effective physical constraints were risk factors for extubation, the tube was the lack of effective fixed, nurse-patient with the lack of effective communication was factors of accidental extubation. In patients with indwelling stomach tube, comprehensive evaluation should run thought the whole process of their illness, patient mental activity understanding, implementing effective physical constraints, increasing training and management of nursing, improvement of tube fixation methods, enhancing communication inspections is effective measures to prevent accidental extubation.
