| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨治疗慢性湿疹更有效的治疗方法。方法:将120例慢性湿疹患者随机分为对照组和中西医联合治疗组观察组,分别给予治疗,观察记录两组疗效、不良反应及6个月后的复发情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),观察组复发率及不良反应均低于对照组,复发率差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中西医联合治疗慢性湿疹较单用西药可提高疗效,降低复发及不良反应的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical efficacy of 120 patients on Chronic eczema with combination of Chinese tradiational and Western medicine.Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups for observing and comparising.One is combination of Chinese tradiational and Western medicine group （therapy group）and the other iswestern medicine （control group）.Therapy group took combination of Chinese tradiational and Western medicine;another side control group were simply cured by western medicine. Results Comparing with the curative effect of the two groups,the differences were all significant （P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion Better clin-ical results have been achieved and fewer side effects were found on chronic eczema with combination of Chinese tradiational and West-ern medicine. |
