| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定加味皮康颗粒中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:SHISEIDO C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(12∶13∶75),柱温:35℃,检测波长:284nm,流量:1.0ml/min。结果:橙皮苷进样量在0.06336~2.5344μg/ml范围内线性良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.83%,RSD为1.34%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便快速、准确、可用于加味皮康颗粒的质量控制。

Determination of the Content of Hesperidin in Jiawei pikang Granules by HPLC |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of Hesperidin in Jiawei pikang Granules.Method The separation column,SHISEIDO C18 column; dmobile phase,methanol- water- 0. 1% Solution of phosphoric acid（ 12∶ 13∶ 75）; column temperature was 35℃; detection wavelength was at 284nm; flow rate was 1. 0ml /min. Result The calibration curve of Hesperidin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 06336μg ~ 2. 5344μg（ r = 0. 9998）,the average recovery was 98. 83%,The RSD is 1. 34%（ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate. It can be used for quality control of Jiawei pikang Granules. |
