| 摘 要： | 慢性肺心病肺动脉高压是临床多发病,而肺动脉高压是中老年慢性阻塞性肺病在血液动力学方面最多见和最严重的后果之一,也是慢性肺心病的诊断标准之一,其严重程度直接影响疾病的预后。而缺氧性肺血管收缩及小动脉机化是其主要病理变化。本研究旨通过中药制剂参附针与立其丁的临床疗效对比,探讨祖国医学温阳益气,散瘀逐饮原则对改善其病理变化的作用机理及临床疗效,从而减少发病率,提高患者生存率及生存质量,丰富中医治疗学。
