中医药辅助治疗肺结核的临床研究现状

近20年来,全球结核发病率呈回升趋势。中西医结合对复治耐药性或耐多药肺结核、合并咯血、合并艾滋病的临床研究显示了中医药的独特优势和广阔的应用前景。中医药辅助治疗肺结核能够提高疗效、减轻化疗药物不良反应及不良反应、提高机体免疫、改善生活质量,可根据患者具体情况选择适宜的给药方法。因此,进一步明确统一中医证候判定标准,制订科学、客观、合理而实用的诊疗规范,设立严谨的诊疗方案将是今后防治肺结核的重要方向。

Clinical Research of Chinese Medicine Adjuvant Therapy for Pulmonary Tuberculosis

In the past 20 years,the global incidence of tuberculosis(TB) showed a rising trend.The clinical research of integrative TCM and western medicine shows the unique advantage and broad application prospects in treating resistant or multi-drug resistant tuberculosis,TB combined with hemoptysis,and TB combined with AIDS.The study found that Chinese medicine adjuvant therapy can improve efficacy,reduce adverse reactions and side effects of chemotherapy drugs,improve the immunity,to improve the quality of life of TB patients,and the administration route can be selected in accordance with the specific circumstances of the patients.Therefore,to further standardize,clarify and unify TCM syndrome criteria to formulate a scientific,objective,reasonable and practical diagnostic and treatment practices,and establish a rigorous treatment program will be an important direction for the future prevention and treatment of TB.
