细胞移植治疗多发性硬化的研究进展

多发性硬化(MS)是以中枢神经系统白质脱髓鞘病变为特点,导致神经系统功能缺失的疾病,发病年龄多在20～40岁,女性多见,具有高致残率、高复发性的特点。动物实验中,将神经系统参与髓鞘形成的细胞植入脱髓鞘部位,取得了一定的治疗效果。用于移植的细胞主要有少突胶质前体细胞、神经膜细胞、嗅鞘细胞、骨髓基质细胞等。目前,应用细胞移植治疗脱髓鞘疾病仍存在诸多不足。

Research Progress in Cell Transplantation Treatment for Multiple Sclerosis

Multiple sclerosis is a disease characterized by central nervous system white matter demyelination,leading to the loss of function of the nervous system with the onset mostly seen in population of age 20 to 40 years old,more common in women,which has high high morbidity and high recurrence.In animal experiments,the cells of the nervous system involved in myelination are implanted into the demyelinating parts,and some therapeutic effect has been achieved.Oligodendrocyte precursor cells,Schwann cells,olfactory ensheathing cells,and bone marrow stromal cells are major cells used for transplantation.So far,there are still a lot of inadequacies using cell transplantation treating demyelinating disease.
