列车乘务员SCL—90评定结果分析

采用ＳＣＬ—９０症状自评量表对某铁路分局４６７名列车乘务员的心理卫生状况进行了分析。结果显示总均分、阳性症状均分、阳性项目数、九组症候群因子分、达到或超过中等严重程度的发生频数均显著高于对照组。经多元逐步回归分析，仅细菌总数和二氧化碳对列车乘务员心理卫生状况有一定影响，其原因多与工作环境的不良因素和工作性质有关。

Analysis of the Assessment Results for the Train Conductors with SCL_90

Symtome Check List 90 (SCL-90) was applied to study the psychological state of 467 conductors in a railway subbureau. The results showed that their total mean score, mean score of positive items, number of positive items, nine factor scores and the frequency reached or exceeded the middle degree were all significantly higher than those of the control group. It was found that the total amount of germs in air and CO2 in the working environment had some effect on their psychological state by using the method of multiple stepwise regression analysis. The cause of the changes were probably related to the work character and the adverse factors in the workplace.
