摘    要:目的 观察阿魏酸钠对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的作用。方法 将90例伴有微量白蛋白尿的2型糖尿病患者随机分为常规治疗组(RTG组)和阿魏酸钠治疗组(SFG组),进行治疗观察。结果 与治疗前比较,SFG组UAER及尿ET均显著降低(P<0.01),并且脂质代谢紊乱亦有改善;而RTG组UAER与尿ET治疗前后比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 阿魏酸钠具有降低DN患者肾脏尿微量白蛋白的排泄和改善脂代谢的作用,其机制可能与拮抗ET与其受体结合有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of sodium ferulate on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 90 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with microalbuminuria were randomly divided into two group:routine treatment group (RTG) and sodium ferulate group (SFG). Results After 4 week sodium ferulate intervention, results showed that the elevated urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) and urinary endothelin (ET) were markedly decreased and the disorder of lipid metabolism was sinificantly improved in SFG. These parameters except triglyceride (TG) had no significant change throughout the study in RTG. Conclution This study suggested that sodium ferulate could improve early diabetic nephropathy by antagoniging the combination of ET and its receptors and might have some protective effects as well.At the same time, sodium ferulate had good effects on lipid metabolism.
