上海市宝山区现制现售纯净水卫生状况抽检与监督

目的为了解上海市宝山区现制现售纯净水的卫生状况，以做好现制现售纯净水卫生监督管理工作。方法制作凋查表，对宝山区40家供水站供应的水质进行现场抽榆，检测方法采用《生活饮用水水质检验规范》。结果未制定卫生管理制度的11家（27．5％），无制水记录的38家（95％），无售水记录的3家（7．5％），无公示内容的14家（35％）。30％供水站从业人员未持健康合格证上岗。细菌总数检测合格率62．5％，总大肠菌群合格率69．0％，粪大肠菌群合格率59．2％。结论现制现售纯净水卫生状况不容忽视，应制定相应的管理办法和规范，加强监督管理。

Hygienic Situation of Made-On-Site Pure Water in Baoshan District of Shanghai

[Objective]To learn the hygienic situation of the made-on-site pure water in Baoshan District of Shanghai and improve the hygienic supervision management.[Methods] On-site random detection was made on the water supplied by 40 water-supply stations according to the Standard for the Quality Detection of Drinking Water.[Results] 11 stations (27.5%) had no hygienic management system, 38 stations (95%) had no water-producing records, 3 stations (7.5%) had no water-sale records, 14 stations (35%) had no publicity contents and the staff of 30% of the stations had no health certificates. The eligible rates of TBC, total coliform, fecal coliform were 62.5%, 69.0% and 59.2% respectively. [Conclusion] The sanitary situation of made-on-site pure water shouldn't be ignored; management and supervision should be strengthened.
