| 摘 要： | 以科学发展观“注重质量”的价值理念审视了我国医院的快速发展．分析了科学发展观对医院质量管理提出的挑战,认为只有树立起以“大质量观”为核心的医院科学质量观,即“以人为本”、全面、协调、可持续的科学质量观,医院才能逾越快速发展过程中的质量障碍,才能真正实现科学发展,并使医院质量管理在挑战中得到超越。

| Abstract: | Based on the worthy notion of the scientific views Of development ＂pay regards to quality＂, this article surveys the rapid development of Chinese hospitalSi analyses the challenges that the scientific Views. of development to hospital quaiity management, considers that only through establishing ＂whoie concept of quality as the core of scientific views of hospitat quality, that is ＂people-oriented＂, Comprehensive; coordinated and sustainable scientific Views of quality; the hospitals are capable of overcoming the quality obstacles of the rapid development, achieving,true scientific development, and the hospital quality management can be beyond challenges. |
