护士工作压力、倦怠与健康之间的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨护士工作压力、倦怠与健康之间的关系。方法:利用工作压力问卷、工作倦怠问卷、一般健康问卷对175名护士进行施测。结果:①护士轻度工作倦怠的检出率为34.8%,中度工作倦怠的检出率为30.3%,高度工作倦怠的检出率为4.0%。②奖赏不足对耗竭有显著的预测作用(P<0.01),工作负荷、缺乏控制和共同体瓦解对人格解体有显著的预测作用,共同体瓦解对成就感降低有显著的预测作用(P<0.01)。③耗竭和人格解体对健康育显著的预测作用(P<0.01)。结论:护士的工作倦怠问题不容忽视,应采取积极措施加以干预,并充分考虑其与前因变量和后果变量之间的关系。

Abstract:Objective: to exlopre the relationship among work stress,job burnout and health innurses.Methods: The Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory,Work Stress Questionnaire and General Health Questiomaaire were used to 175 nurses.Results: ①The prevalence of cases of slight burnout was 69.1%.the prevalence of cases of moderate burnout was 34.3% and the prevalence of cases of high burnout was 4.0%.②Insufficient reward is excellent predictor of exhaustion(P<0.01),work overload,lack of contj,ol and breakdown of conmmnity are excellent predictor of depersonalization,and breakdown of community is excellent predictor of reduced personal accomplishment(P<0.01).③Exhaustion and depersonalization are excellent pridictor of health(P<0.01).Conclusion: More attention should be paid to nurses′s job bumout,and positive intenvetion are needed with considersion the relationship among job burnout,antecedent variables and consequences variables.
