国产吉西他滨联合顺铂二线治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床观察

目的：评价国产吉西他滨（泽菲）联合顺铂二线治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效和不良反应。方法：34例晚期乳腺癌患者采用国产吉西他滨1000mg/m2,静脉滴注30min,第1、8天;顺铂25mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1～3天。21d为一个周期,至少完成两周期后评价疗效。结果：完全缓解2例（5.88%）,部分缓解16例（47.06%）,总有效率为52.94%。中位疾病进展时间为6.5月,中位生存期为11.4月;主要不良反应为骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应,所有不良反应在停药后或对症处理后均可恢复正常。结论：国产吉西他滨联合顺铂二线治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效较好,毒副反应可耐受,值得进一步研究。

Observation of Domestic Gemcitabine Combined Cisplatin in the Second Line of Treatment of Patients with Metastatic Breast Cancer

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and the side-effects of domestic gemcitabine combined cisplatin in the second line of treatment of patients with breast cancer. Methods： Thirty-four patients with metastatic breast cancer accepted the chemotherapy of domestic gemcitahine 1000 mg/m^2 on day 1 and day 8, cisplation 25 mg/m^2 was intravenously dropped from day 1 to day 3. Three weeks as a course of treatment. The efficacy and the side-effects were evaluated at least two courses. Results： The complete response was 2 of 34 （5.88%）, the partial response was 16 of 34 （47.06%）, and the total effective rate was 52.94%. The median time to progress was 6.5 months and the median survival was 11.4 months. The main sideeffects are myelosuppression, nausea and vomiting, all the symptoms recovered after withdraw of chemotherapy or heteropathy. Conclusion： The domestic gemcitabine combined cisplatin in the second line of treatment of patients with metastatic breast cancer is effective and has low side-effects, it is worth studying further.
