| 摘 要： | 目的 用三维有限元对比分析在桩核连冠(桩冠一体)与桩核冠(桩冠分体)修复中,不同牙本质肩领、不同载荷条件下牙本质应力的变化.方法 建立了下颌第二前磨牙的桩核连冠与桩核冠的三维有限元模型,并运用有限元分析软件ANSYS求解牙本质的应力变化.结果 牙本质等效应力峰值的大小,桩核连冠与桩核冠均无明显变化;等效应力峰值的分布,桩核连冠比桩核冠更趋向于牙根部.结论 临床用桩核连冠或桩核冠进行修复时,基牙牙根有不同的牙本质应力的变化.
