| 摘 要： | 目的探讨各胚胎形态学参数在评估胚胎质量中的作用。方法回顾性分析植入胚胎形态学参数与未植入胚胎之间的差别和两组各参数评级构成比。结果卵裂球数、碎片的量和各参数评级构成比,2组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论形态学评分系统对预测胚胎植入潜能有较好的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of each parameter of human early embryo morphology in accessing embryo quality.Methods Review the difference of the parameters of human early embryo morphology between the implantation embryos and the unimplantation embryo.Analysis the composition ratio difference of the parameter grade.Results The blastomere quantity,ratio of fragment has significant difference between the two groups.The composition ratio according to the parameter grade between two groups has also significant difference.Conclusion The present embryo morphologic scoring system could predict embryoic implantation potiential. |
