普渡罗胶囊治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

目的　观察普渡罗胶囊对强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法　采用治疗前后自身对照法 ,对 72例强直性脊柱炎患者进行了临床观察 ,疗程 8周 ,普渡罗胶囊用量为 2～ 4粒 /d ,分 1～ 2次服。结果　 12项临床观察项目中有 9项 (晨僵、骶髂关节压痛度、扩胸度、外周关节压痛数、外周关节压痛积分、外周关节肿胀数、外周关节压痛积分、15米步行时间、患者与医生评估 )治疗前后明显改善 (P <0 .0 1) ;实验观察项目中血小板、血沉、γ -球蛋白治疗前后比较变化显著 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 1)。结论　普渡罗胶囊治疗强直性脊柱炎不仅有镇痛消炎作用 ,而且有效控制病情进展 ,临床总有效率达到 10 0 %。在 8周疗程中除轻度口干外 ,无其它副作用

Observation on the therapeutic effects for ankylosing spondylitis with PutRh capsule

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of PutRh capsule in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.[WT5”HZ]Methods As comparing the results of pre and post treatment,72 consecutive cases of ankylosing spondylitis were made an observation clinically.Treatment course is for 8 weeks,and the dosage is 2～4 grains/1～2 times·d.[WT5”HZ]Results According to the observation of clinical treatment,there were 9 items of 12 got good results(P<0.01),especially thrombocytes,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and human gamma globulin also had great changes(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01).]Conclusions In treating ankylosing spondylitis clinically,besides analgesia and anti inflammatory effets,PutRh capsule but also could control the disease effectivelly.And the cure rate came to 100% within the 8 weeks.No side effects found,but mild dry in mouth.
