浅析专家系统在实现中药智能制造中的作用与地位＊

智能制造是新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要驱动力，也是未来经济和科技发展的制高点，对我国成为制造强国具有重要的战略意义。落后的中药制造产业迫切需要进行转型升级，而智能制药也必定是转型升级的必由之路。本课题组一直致力于中药专家系统的研究，深信专家系统的研究开发是制剂质量控制的基石，构建合理的专家系统有益于实现质量标准化和可视化。本研究结合课题组近十年对中药专家系统研究的成果和感悟，分析了专家系统和中药智能制造的关系及其在实现中药智能制造过程中的作用与地位，以期为我国中药制药行业的结构调整、转型升级提供助力。

Analysis of the Role and Status of Expert System in the Realization of Intelligent Manufacturing of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Intelligent manufacturing (IM) is a vital driving force of technological revolution and industrial transformation, as well as commanding the height of economic and technological development in the future. It is of great strategic significance for China to become a manufacturing power. As far as TCM manufacturing industry, intelligent pharmacy is a key strategy for its transform and upgrade. It is convinced that the expert system is the cornerstone of preparation quality control and it is conducive to the realization of quality standardization and visualization. In this review, both the relationship between expert system and IM, and the role of expert system in the IM of TCM were analyzed, based on the research results and insights on the expert system over the past decade.
