| 摘 要： | 盆腔炎性包块的反复发作是妇科临床常见而棘手的问题，文章就盆腔炎性包块复发的高危因素、诊断、处理及预防几方面进行阐述，旨在通过提高对盆腔炎性包块复发的认识，从而对其进行规范合理治疗，以达到预防其再复发的目的。 |

| Abstract: | Abstract：The relapse of pelvic inflammatory mass is always a difficult issue in gynecological clinic.In this paper，the risk factors，diagnosis，treatment，and prevention of the recurrent pelvic inflammatory mass were reviewed in order to improve its knowledge，and to norm its treatment，and consequently prevent its relapse. |
