| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺在胸部疑难病灶中的应用。方法40例胸部疑难病灶术前常规超声检查,明确病灶的位置、大小、回声、毗邻以及血流情况,结合CT、MRI等影像检查,综合分析后,在超声引导下将活检针由导针引入,进行穿刺取材,送病理检查。结果40例胸部病灶行51次活检,24次行细胞学检查,40例行组织学检查,6次行抗酸杆菌检查。穿刺的病理结果恶性21例,良性13例,可疑或无确定诊断6例。胸部病灶超声引导下穿刺的确诊率为85%。结论超声引导下经皮对胸部疑难病灶的穿刺是一种安全的、简单的、无放射性的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate ultrasound(US)guided percutaneous biopsy in chest difficult lesions.Methods Routine preoperative US examinations was performed in 40 lesions to identify the focal size,intrafocal echoes,adjacent and intrafocal blood flow perfusion and were compared with CT and MRI.Results US guided percutaneous biopsy was performed in 40 focuses,totally 51 procedures.All 40 lesions were examined with histopathology.Cytology were examined in 24 procedures(24/51)and antiacid stain in 6(6/51)procedures.The pathologic results were as follows:21 lesions were malignont,13 benigh and 6 suspicious.The accuracy rate of percutaneous biopsy was 85%.Conclusions US-guided percutaneous needle biopsy is a safe,simple,non-radiated method for histological diagnosis of chest difficult lesions. |
