银杏达莫注射液中铬残留量的测定

摘    要:目的测定银杏达莫注射液中的铬残留量。方法石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法。结果铬在0.25-20ng/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998)回收率为98.6%(n=6,RSD=5.74%)。结论本法简单、灵敏、快捷。

Abstract:Objective To establish the methods for determination of the content of Cr in Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injedction. Methods The graphitefurnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry was employed. Results Good linear relationship was showed in the range of 2. 5-20ng/ml. The recoveries ( n = 6) was 98.6% with RSD at 5.4%. Conclusion The method is simple,fast and can be used for the determination of Cr in Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injedction.
