口服补锌防治儿童轮状病毒肠炎的临床研究

目的探讨口服补锌对治疗和预防儿童轮状病毒肠炎的效果。方法随机将82例轮状病毒肠炎患儿分为治疗组42例,对照组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加服葡萄糖酸锌片20mg/d,连续治疗14d。出院后3个月内随访再次发生腹泻情况。结果治疗组患儿临床发热、呕吐和腹泻的持续时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.01）;治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）;随访期内治疗组再发5例（11.9%）,对照组再发14例（35.0%）,两组差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。结论口服补锌辅助治疗儿童轮状病毒肠炎临床疗效确切,同时可以在短期内预防腹泻的再次发生。

Clinical Analysis on the Therapeutic and Preventative Effects of Zinc Supplementation on Rotavirus Enteritis in Children

Objective To explore the preventative and therapeutic effects of zinc supplementation on rotavirus enteritis in children.Methods A total of 82 children with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given conventional therapy,the treatment group was given oral zinc gluconate tablets at a dose of 20mg/d for 14 days on the basis of conventional therapy,and a follow-up survey was carrried out for recurrence of diarrhea after discharge from hospital.Results The lasting time of fever,vomiting,and diarrhea in the treatment group was significant shorter than that of control group（P0.01）.The total efficiency of treatment group was significant higher than that of control group（P0.01）.The recurrence of treatment group was significant lower than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion zinc supplementation could improve the therapeutic effect in children with rotavirus enteritis,and prevent the recurrence of diarrhea in the short term.
