Bcl—2在涎腺增生性疾病中的表达

目的：观察Bcl-2抗凋亡基因在涎 肿瘤性增生与炎性增生中的表达,探讨Bcl-2对涎腺肿瘤发生、发展的作用机制。方法：采用免疫组化（SP）,研究39例涎腺肿瘤与涎腺炎症性增生性病变。结果：溴 肿瘤与炎性增生性组织中均有Bcl-2表达,涎 良性肿瘤浊给 瘤中强阳性表达率为62．5％,而炎性增生性组织中强阳性表达率仅为12．5％,两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。恶性肿瘤中Bcl-2对良恶性肿瘤的影响不同。在良性肿瘤中Bcl-2强阳性表达抑制细胞凋亡,促进肿瘤生长,在恶性肿瘤中Bcl-2强阳性表达主要与癌分化有关。

OVEREXPRESSION OF Bcl-2 IN SALIVARY GLAND HYPERPLASTIC LESIONS

Objective:To observe the expression of Bcl-2 protein in salivary gland tumor hyperplasia and inflammatory hyperplasia.Methods:In 39 cases of salivary gland hyperplastic lesions,Bcl-2 protein overexpression was detected by immunohistochemical mothod(sp).Result: Both in salivary gland tumor and inflammatory hyperplasia,Bcl-2 positive staining were found in plasma, the stronger-positive expression of Bcl-2 protein was 62.5% in mixture tumor,12.5% in inflammatory hyperplasia,respectively.There was high difference between two groups(P<0.05),but there was no high difference between mixture tumors and malignant tumors.The stronger expression of Bcl-2 was detected in well differentiation carcinoma composed to poor differentiation carcinoma.Conclusion:Bcl-2 can act as stronger apoptosis-inhibiting function in early salivary gland tumor genesis, the stronger experession of Bcl-2 protein is an important active hyperplasial signal of benign tumor cell,and Bcl-2 stronger expression related to differentiation of cancer cells.
