城乡视角下我国儿童死亡健康公平性研究

目的:研究我国城乡儿童死亡健康公平性问题。方法:描述我国1991-2008年城乡收入、儿童死亡等情况,用极差法测量城乡收入水平和健康公平程度及变化趋势。结果:随着我国人均收入的增加,儿童死亡状况整体得到改善,但城乡儿童死亡健康公平性问题18年来并未得到明显改善,这与城乡收入公平性问题未明显改善相适应。结论:政府改善居民健康的社会经济不公平的政策方向应是:发展农村经济,缩小城乡贫富差距,加强农村卫生建设,大力开展健康教育,提高产科服务质量。

Study on the Health Equity of Child Mortality in China in the Perspective of Urban and Rural Areas

OBJECTIVE：To study the health equity of child mortality in China in the perspective of urban and rural areas.METHODS：The child mortality and income levels of urban and rural areas during 1991-2008 were described,and then the health equity and trends of child mortality and urban and rural income were determined by range method.RESULTS：With the increase of income per capita in China,the overall child mortality had been improved,but the health equity of child mortality had not been significantly improved among urban and rural areas for 18 years.This was similar to that the rural-urban income equality had not been significantly improved.CONCLUSION：The policy of improving the inequity of resident health should be directed to develop the rural economy,narrow the urban-rural wealth gap,strengthen the rural health,carry out health education and enhance the service quality of obstetric.
