医疗机构制剂配制方式的探讨与政策分析

目的:探寻符合我国医疗机构制剂现状的制剂配制方式和政策适应性调整方向。方法:分析医疗机构制剂的基本现状和变化趋势以及制剂配制方式的多样性和相关政策要求、法规界定。结果与结论:我国医疗机构制剂处于"从大到小"、"从有到无"的过渡阶段,面向临床满足患者需要、保证制剂质量、降低配制风险、实现集中配制、提高优质制剂资源使用率是政策适应性调整的必然选择。

Investigation of Preparation Mode of Preparations in Medical Institutions and Policy Analysis

OBJECTIVE： To explore the proper preparation mode in accordance with the current status of preparations in medical institutions in China, and to regulate the direction based on the policy. METHODS： The basic status quo and trends of preparations in medical institutions were analyzed, as well as the diversity and regulation＇ s definition of preparation mode. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Preparations in medical institutions are on the descending and disappearing stage. It is necessary for policy regulation to base on the clinical situation, meet patients＇ needs, reduce the preparation risk, ensure the quality of preparations, realize the centralized preparation mode and promote the utilization of qualified preparations.
