纳米银乳膏的制备及质量控制

目的:制备纳米银乳膏并建立其质量控制方法。方法:以纳米银为主药,乳化法制备O/W型纳米银乳膏;考察乳膏粒径及分布;采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定制剂含量;对乳膏进行稳定性试验。结果:乳膏粒径约为15.2nm,粒径分布窄;纳米银的含量约为20μg·g-1;乳膏稳定性试验各检测指标在考察期内未见明显变化。结论:该制剂处方工艺简单、可行,制剂质量可控、性质稳定。

Preparation and Quality Control of Silver Nanoparticle Cream

OBJECTIVE： To prepare Silver nanoparticle cream and to establish quality control method of it. METHODS： The O/W cream was prepared with silver nanoparticle as principal component by emulsion process and the particle size and distribution of cream were investigated. ICP-MS method was used to detect the content of principal component. The stability test of cream was conducted. RESULTS：The particle size of cream was about 15.2 nm in narrow distribution. The average content of silver in cream was 20 μg·g-1. The index of stability test had no apparent change. CONCLUSION： The formula and technology of cream are simple and feasible. Prepared Silver nanoparticle cream has good stability and controllable quality.
