炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征62例分析

目的:观察口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效。方法:对62例已确诊的PCOS患者予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗3个周期,测定患者治疗前、后雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)的水平并以B超测量卵巢大小及窦卵泡数的变化情况。结果:治疗3个周期后患者血清FSH、LH、LH/FSH、T、PRL均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),卵巢体积缩小,窦卵泡数减少(均P<0.01)。结论:炔雌醇环丙孕酮片能有效改善PCOS患者的高雄激素血症,并可用于PCOS患者促排卵治疗的前期用药,从而提高其排卵率和妊娠率。

Analysis of 62 Cases of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Treated by Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）in the treatment of Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets.METHODS：62 cases of PCOS were treated by Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets for 3 cycles.The serum levels of E2,FSH,LH,PRL and T,the size of ovary and the number of sinus follicle were determined before and after treatment（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.RESULTS：The serum levels of FSH,LH,LH/FSH,T and PRL and the size of ovary and the number of sinus follicle decreased significantly after treatment for 3 cycles than before（all P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION：Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets can significantly improve hyperandrogenism in PCOS patient and be used for ovulation induction so as to promote the possibility of ovulation and pregnancy.
