| 摘 要： | 目的:促进国家基本药物制度的实施。方法:从国家基本药物的供应、使用、报销政策等方面,对基层医院实施国家基本药物制度存在的问题进行分析。结果与结论:国家基本药物的供应、使用及报销政策是实施国家基本药物制度的3个重要环节,其中的任一环节都会影响其实施的效果。 |

| Abstract: | To promote the implementation of National Essential Drug System. METHODS： From the supply, use, reimbursement policies of national essential drug, the problems of the implementation of National Essential Drugs System in primary hospital were analyzed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： National essential drug supply, use and reimbursement policy is 3 important aspects for the implementation of National Essential Drug System. Implementation of National Essential Drug System will be affected by any apart. |
