| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨安置埋藏式起搏器的患者同时行冠状动脉造影（CAG）对囊袋出血的影响，从而来判断它的安全性。方法：收集2007—01／2009—12埋藏式起搏器安置患者95例资料，以是否同时行CAG分为造影组42例与非造影组53例，观察冠心病在缓慢型心律失常患者中的比例，以及起搏器曩袋出血情况。结果：造影组42例患者中18例为冠心病，占44．4％。起搏器安置的囊袋出血情况：造影组为4例9．5％，非造影组为5例9．4％，无统计学差异。结论：埋藏式起搏器安置术同时行冠状动脉造影没有增加囊袋出血，两者同时进行是安全的。 |
