| 摘 要： | 目的：全面、系统地了解医院医务人员医疗锐器损伤的发生情况及原因,探讨预防措施。方法：2006年9月对该院及兄弟医院850名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果：31.88%的医务人员曾经受到各种医疗锐器损伤,护理人员明显高于其他专业医务人员,针刺伤占71.59%,外科缝合及刀割伤占9.22%,安瓿等碎玻璃伤占14.02%。结论：医务人员医疗锐器损伤发生率较高,应注意预防,引起重视。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the situation of sharp institute injury on medi-cal workers and to explore countermeasures. Methods: 850 medical staff of Beijing wereinvestigated by anonymous questionnaires. Results: 271 (31.88%) medical workers wereinjured by sharp instruments, nurses had higher injury rate than others. Among sharpinstrument injuries, pricking wound was 71.59%, injury related to suture and knife was9.22%, injury related to ampoule and broken glass was 14.02%.
