| 摘 要： | 以大剂量米非司酮联合MTX治疗异位妊娠,治愈率在95.8%,尤其对于血-βHCG≥3000IU/L,包块≥5cm的高危组,可达到93.3%的治愈率,对于需要保留生育能力的患者,提供一种可选择的治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | The healing rates by using high dosage of Mifepristone in combination with methtrexate to treat ectopic pregnancy achieved 95.8%, especially to the high-risk group,in which the level of serum β-HCG 3 000 IU/L and ectopic mass in the largest dimension 5 cm monitored by B ultrasonic, the healing rates could arrive at 93.3%. It is a optional treatment method for the sufferers who wanted to save their procreant ability. |
