| 摘 要： | 阿尔茨海默病是一种慢性大脑退行性变性疾病,在发达国家为第4位死因的疾病,患病率为4%~14%。其病因目前并不明确,可能与遗传、病毒感染、炎症、免疫功能紊乱、神经递质障碍等有关。近来研究发现,阿尔茨海默病与微量元素的代谢失调有密切关系。目前对阿尔茨海默病尚无特效治疗方法,但科学的饮食可预防该病的发生,积极干预是可以延缓发病。

| Abstract: | Alzheimer's disease is a chronic degenerative brain disease,is the fourth diseases leading to death in developed country.Its attack rate is about 4%-14%.Its etiology is not very clear,which maybe related to heredity,viral infection,inflammation,immune function disorder,and neurotransmitter disturbance.Recent researches showed that Alzheimer disease has close relationship with metabolic disorder of trace elements.There is no specific treatment for this disease,but the scientific diet can prevent the genesis ... |
