器官捐献协调员队伍职业化建设的思考

器官捐献离不开协调员。只有建立一支具有专业知识背景的职业化协调员队伍，才能及时发现潜在捐献者、提高公民死亡后器官捐献率。现阶段协调员队伍中存在的问题主要有：选拔、聘用协调员忽视专业特点，协调员队伍建设非专业化明显；协调员职业方向不明确，对未来比较迷茫；协调员社会地位不明确，流动性大；政府配套制度缺陷，基本保障制度未建立，协调员缺乏被尊重感。因此，必须尽快制定器官捐献法，确保器官捐献工作有法可依；并设立专门机构，健全组织领导，明确协调员的工作权限和其他相关部门的义务；同时建立严格的选拔机制，加强培训与考核，建立精神激励、物质激励、职业发展激励等多方面的长效激励机制。我国器官捐献协调员队伍的职业化建设需要经历一个在实践中探索、认识上深化、理论上总结的过程。

Professionalization of organ donation coordinators

Coordinators play key roles during organ donation. Professional coordinators with specialized knowledge are elementary to informational reliability and implementation of organ donation. Organ donation coordinators in China are now in a difficult position, owing to less professional requirement, obscure career planning, unstable work force, and lack of relevant regulations, social security and social respect. To improve the coordinator team-building, many steps should be taken, including the implementation of relevant laws to regulate organ donation, the specialized organizations to define the duties and responsibilities of coordinators and the other related parties, and the establishment of strict employment procedures, relevant training and qualification programs. In addition, it is necessary to provide coordinators with long-term incentives regarding to incomes and career development. The professionalization of organ donation coordinators is important to increase donation efficiency in China.
