白内障手术前后结膜囊细菌菌群调查

目的 探讨白内障眼术前、术后结膜囊细菌学分布状态和药敏情况,为临床用药提供依据.方法 将无其他眼病白内障患者181例,分别于3个月内未用抗生素眼液点眼、手术前及术后第1天换药前进行结膜囊细菌培养和药物敏感实验.结果 未用抗生素眼液点眼的结膜囊细菌培养阳性率为28.99%,术前结膜囊细菌培养阳性率为1.64%,术后第1天结膜囊的细菌培养阳性率为3.92%.菌株对丁氨卡那、先锋Ⅴ、新霉素最为敏感,氯霉素、诺氟沙星及红霉素耐药.结论 正常结膜囊可以有各种致病菌或非致病菌存在,即使术前、后均给予处置结膜囊仍然有细菌存在.菌株对丁氨卡那、先锋Ⅴ、新霉素最为敏感,建议可做术前、术后局部首选用药.

Bacteriological study of conjunctival sac in patients with cataract

Objective To investigate bacteriology of the conjunctival sac in patients before and after cataract operation.Methods 181 cases with cataract were studied.All samples were cultured for bacteria.and tested antibiotic sus-ceptibility Results Before the use of antibiotics eye drops the bacterial growth rate was 28.99%,but was 1.64% at the preoperative conjunctival sac,and the rate is 3.92% in the samples taken from conjunctival sac at the first postoperative day.Most of them were resistant to Amphemycin,Norfloxacin and Erythromycin but sensitive to Aneet.Neomycin Conclusion There are all kinds of bacteria exist in the normal conjunctival sac.Although there were Preoperative and postoperative disposition,bacteria appear in the conjunctival sac before operation and at the first postoperative day.Most of them were sensitive to Aneet,Neomycin etc.
