李庆海从络、脾、肾治疗心悸

李庆海教授在临床中主张心悸治络、心悸醒脾、心悸治肾。心悸治络:对因虚致心悸者,用益气养血充络之法,气足则血旺而运行有力,血足则络得充养而心神得藏。常用黄芪、人参、阿胶。大剂量黄芪益气养血,补扶虚损。心悸醒脾:脾喜燥而恶湿,土爱暖而喜芳香,通过温里、补益、芳香等药物醒脾、健脾、运脾,醒复脾之神机。常用脾脏第一要药白术,配合人参、炙甘草、茯苓益气健脾。心悸治肾:治疗反复发作久治不愈的心悸时,从肾着手,予滋肾填精、温肾助阳药治之,常用熟地黄,山萸肉、巴戟天。

Professor Li Qinghai's Experience in Treating Palpitation from Collaterals,Spleen and Kidney

Professor Li Qinghai advocated that palpitation should be used to treat collaterals,the spleen and the kidney.Treating collaterals for palpitation:for the palpitation caused by deficiency,the method of replenishing qi and nourishing blood is used to replenish collaterals.When the qi is sufficient,the blood will flourish and move powerfully.When the blood is sufficient,the collaterals will be replenished and the spirit will be hidden.Commonly used medicine are Huangqi(Radix Astragali seu Hedysari),Renshen(ginseng),Ejiao(Colla Corii Asini).Large dose of Huangqi(Radix Astragali seu Hedysari)can nourish qi and blood,tonify deficiency and damage.The spleen likes dryness but dislikes dampness.The earth likes warmth and fragrance.Through warming interior,tonifying and fragrant medicine,the spleen can be refreshed,invigorated,transported and revived.Refreshing spleen for palpitation:Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),the most important medicine in the spleen,is used in combination with Renshen(ginseng),Zhi Gancao(prepared licorice)and Fuling(Poria)to invigorate qi and strengthen spleen.Treating kidney for palpitation:in the treatment of persistent palpitation,we should start with the kidney,use the medicine of nourishing the kidney and filling the essence,warming the kidney and helping the Yang,and often use the Shudi(Radix Rehmanniae Preparata),Shanyurou(Cornus Flesh),Bajitian(Morinda officinalis).
