HPLC法比较测定垫江产牡丹皮传统商品规格、木心、粗皮中丹皮酚与芍药苷含量

目的:比较测定垫江产牡丹皮传统商品规格和木心、粗皮中丹皮酚与芍药苷含量,为牡丹皮饮片的现代制备提供参考。方法:采用HPLC法同时测定垫江产牡丹皮粗皮、木心、刮丹皮、直接干燥品(未除去粗皮及木心)和传统四个商品规格连丹皮中的芍药苷与丹皮酚含量。结果:粗皮及木心均含有所测成分芍药苷和丹皮酚,且丹皮酚含量高于其饮片刮丹皮,而直接干燥品(未除去木心及粗皮)芍药苷和丹皮酚含量均高于其对应刮丹皮,4种商品规格中四等和弃去的须根芍药苷和丹皮酚含量最高,二、三等含量相近,一等最低。结论:传统经验鉴别注重样品的外观、气味、色泽等商品的外在品相,而现代定量检测则主要关注其内在指标成分的含量多少,两者所关注重点不同,既有统一性又有差异性,如何做到二者的结合统一是目前中医药工作的一大难点与重点。

Determination of Paeonol and Paeoniflorin in Mudanpi(Cortex Moutan)Traditional Commodity Specifications,Wood Heart and Teria from Dianjiang by HPLC

Objective:To determine paeonol and paeoniflorin in Mudanpi(Cortex Moutan)Traditional commodity specifications,wood heart and teria from Dianjiang.Methods:Paeoniflorin and paeonol in teria,wood heart,scraping teria Cortex moutan,dried Mudanpi(Cortex Moutan)(without removing the teria and Wood heart)and traditional four commercial specifications were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results:Paeoniflorin and paeonol were found in both teria and wood heart.The content of paeonol was higher than that of peony bark.The content of paeoniflorin and paeonol was the highest among the four specifications and Fibrous root than the second and third.The content of first is the lowest.Conclusion:These two phenomena may be caused by the difference between traditional experience identification and modern quantitative detection.Traditional experience identification focuses on the appearance,odor,color and other external features of the sample,while modern quantitative detection focuses on the content of the intrinsic active ingredients.The focus of attention of the two is different.They are both unified and different.How to achieve the unification of the two is now.A major difficulty and key point in the work of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
