从“一气周流”论治老年高血压病

老年高血压病是由于肝、脾、肾功能失调,致病因素风、火、痰、瘀形成,使一身之气周流不畅,致血压升高。中土亏虚、木气郁塞、肾水虚损是老年高血压病发生和发展的病机关键,当从脾、肝、肾论治。从脾,当补脾土、助轴运,脾胃纳化如常,则诸虚得补;脾胃升降有序,则气血流畅;脾胃健,则服药得效。从肝,当疏肝气、调气机,助其左路升发通畅,使一气循环得以运转,则血压下降。从肾,当滋肾水、补源泉,使肾中精气充足、脏腑功能正常,则人身之机枢运作如常。如此,人身一气得以正常的周流往复,风、火、痰、瘀等病理因素得消,五脏安和,血压下降。

Treating Elderly Hypertension from Perspective of "Yi Qi Zhou Liu Theory"

Hypertension in the elderly is due to Liver,Spleen,and Kidney dysfunction,the pathological factors of which are Wind,Fire,Phlegm,and Stasis,which can make the poor circulation of Qi within the body and cause high blood pressure. Deficiency of Spleen,blockage of Live Qi and deficiency of Kidney Water are the key factors of the pathogenesis of hypertension. Therefore,it should be treated from the Spleen,Liver and Kidney functions. When replenishing of the Spleen,the axillary is transported,and the Spleen and Stomach function normally,which would lead to smooth Qi and Blood movement. When the Liver Qi is regulated,it would rise smoothly,so thatthe blood pressure drops. When nourishing the Kdney water and replenishing the source of essence,and the Zang and Fu functions would become normal and the whole body would work as usual. In this way,the human body can work normally and the pathological factors such as Wind,Fire,Phlegm,and Stasis can be eliminated,the internal organs can be reconciled,and blood pressure can be reduced.
