开封市5岁以下儿童家长对手足口病和EV71疫苗认知调查

目的探索开封市5岁以下儿童家长对手足口病和EV71疫苗的认知调查及其影响因素。方法采用多阶段抽样在开封市选取302名儿童家长进行问卷调查,采用Logistic多因素分析手足口病认知的影响因素。结果儿童年龄≥25个月、家长文化程度大专/本科及以上、家庭住址类型城区城乡结合部、有医学人员知晓率较高,数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素结果显示,儿童年龄、家长文化程度是影响儿童家长手足口病和EV71疫苗认知程度的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论临床上应该加强低年龄儿童家长、低学历家长的健康宣教,并提升居民对EV71疫苗安全性的信心,树立居民对EV71疫苗的接种意愿和增强对手足口病的认知。

Investigation on the awareness of hand-foot-mouth disease and EV71 vaccine among parents of children under 5 years old in Kaifeng

Objective To explore the cognitive investigation of hand-foot-mouth disease and EV71 vaccine in children under 5 years old in Kaifeng City and its influencing factors. Methods Amulti-stage sampling method was used to invite 302 parents of children under 5 years old to fill in the questionnaire on cognition and vaccination willingness. Logistic multivariate analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of hand, foot and mouth disease. Results Children with age ≥25 months, parental education degree/undergraduate and above, family address type urban and rural integration, medical personnel awareness rate is higher, the data comparison is statistically significant(P<0.05). Multivariate results showed that children’s age and parental education were independent risk factors affecting children’s hand-foot-mouth disease and EV71 vaccine awareness(P<0.05). Conclusions Clinically, it is necessary to strengthen the health education weak points of parents of low-age children and low-education parents, and improve residents’ confidence in the safety of EV71 vaccine, and establish residents’ awareness of EV71 vaccine vaccination and hand,foot and mouth disease.
